We had a great Christmas around here this year. Santa Claus came and brought presents and didn't disappoint. I woke up almost every hour...I still get so excited.
Lydia woke up at 7:35 and stumbled into our room and wanted to go down and see if Santa had come. We woke Avery up and headed downstairs.
Lydia had no problem opening presents and got excited with each one she opened. Avery can unwrap the presents, but needed a little help moving along so we weren't there all day. I loved watching and listening to them as they opened their presents.
Lydia is convinced that Santa Claus knows her very well because he selected the perfect presents for her. She also told us that Mrs. Claus made her dress pajamas that she got. I guess Mrs. Claus can sew and Lydia was so excited that she got new dress pajamas (nightgown). Lydia also decided that we should leave out popcorn for Santa instead of cookies. She also made a to-go bag for Mrs. Claus.
After we opened presents at our house, we headed over to my parents house for more present opening, snack eating, and napping (by some).
Ken got the tree present this year! He was so excited! It was an awesome gift. Bose headphones!
Ben always has the best idea and sneaks in a nap!
