She did really well. She had a few tactics. She would ask in a super sweet voice, "Would you like some lemonade?" She would start filling the cup as the people were walking up the driveway. She would wait for the money before handing over the cup of lemonade. At first, she was only filling the cup a quarter of the way...we assumed a full glass must cost $1.
In the end she made over $10. She got plenty of tips and sold lemonade to everyone who came to the garage sale. She had the time of her life! I loved to watch her smile and work.
Yes...she is wearing her snow boots in June and it was 90 degrees and humid!
Ben and the neighbor, Jim...they each made a little extra spending cash also.

This is the first documentation I have seen of her wearing anything but a skirt or a dress!! but she is correct in that the boots color coordinate perfectly with her outfit!
