Easter

We had a great Easter. The weather was perfect. We were able to spend time as a family, watching General Conference, going for walks and attending Easter parties!

The whole family went for a walk on Easter Sunday. Lydia in her chariot and the puppies to pull her along...sort of. She was looking adorable in her "Easter Bonnet" to keep the sun out of her eyes.

Daddy and Lydia playing catch with the football. This picture is not really posed. Ben was really throwing the ball around with his brother and holding Lydia at the same time. And they say men cannot multitask!

A happy family on an Easter Egg Hunt! It was our first time...so we did not really know what to do...but we will be ready next year with a basket and our walking shoes. (We had to use a target bag as her basket.)

Lydia received these books from the Easter Bunny on Easter morning. She loves them!
This is her loot after the egg hunt! She made out pretty well! For a little thing, she sure does get spoiled.

I am grateful for the opportunity I had to celebrate Easter with family and friends. I am grateful for spring, after the long winter that we endured. I am grateful for my life and family. I know that my Savior and redeemer Jesus Christ lives! I hope to be able to teach Lydia these important truths as she grows older.

She made out REAL good! :)

Roman got a book from the bunny too. It's already been drooled on and chewed up. i guess that counts as loving it.
