Blessing Day

Lydia was blessed on Sunday, January 24th. My entire family was there and many of Ben's family were also able to attend. It was a special blessing and day for Lydia.

My mom made her dress. She used the lace from the train from my wedding dress for the sleeves and skirt of the dress. The lining is from my mother's wedding dress and the beads are also from her wedding dress. The beads were hand beaded by my Grandma Ward. She looked beautiful in this special dress.

My sister Liz took these great pictures to capture the events of the day!

The proud parents!

The excited, loving grandmas!

Dad and daughter.
Opa and Lydia. He calls this the Opa hold...it seems to make her happy.
Sweet girl. We love you Lydia.
