Mom, Dad and Mattie come to visit

Mom and Dad came to visit on Saturday, February 2, 2008. They wanted Mattie to meet her cousins, Brody and Allie. It was very nice to have them here. Brody, Allie and Mattie all played together. (Even though the pictures show a different story...they were not sleeping the entire time!) They stayed for a week and on Wednesday we got snow in Kansas City so I had a snow day...no school (work) for me. We were able to hang out all day. Mom helped my friend Liz make a sling for her baby and then Mom surprised me with a new apron. It is super cute. Mom and Dad had to spend the days by themselves...but they know Kansas City so this was not a problem. In the evenings, we would just sit around and talk and watch the puppies. They were pretty hilarious and very entertaining. It was fun having three puppies in the house, although wiping 12 paws when they came in from outside was a little intense.
It was nice to have Mom and Dad visit! We cannot wait until next time. :-) Enjoy the slideshow!
