The entire group!!! 39 American Students and Five teachers traveling in Germany!
The Reichstag in Berlin. The capital building in Germany. Very beautiful. You can go to the top for free! That is always nice.
I took seven of the strongest students with me. In their spare time they held up tanks and moved other monuments. It was great.
My students posing for another picture. I made them stop all of the time to take a cool picture. I would get them all set up and then take pictures, usually with eight cameras. This picture is taken on the steps on the Stadtmauer (city wall) that surrounds the city of Rothenburg. We walked around it together and had a lot of fun.

If you are thinking that this sounds crazy you are right. It was a lot of fun. We visited Berlin, Erfurt, Kobelnz, Rothenburg o.d. Taube, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Salzburg, Austria and München. It was amazing. We traveled for two weeks and for one week the students lived with host families in the Koblenz area. The students experienced the German way of life first hand and were encouraged to speak German as much as possible. We traveled with two other groups from America, one group from Washington and one group from Minnesota. We had a really great time traveling and exploring all of the cities that we went to and my students were very eager to experience everything. It was fun to take my students on a "field trip" to Germany.
