We had fun experience when we rode the Gadget coaster in Toontown. We rode it once and when we got back to the station, they asked if we wanted to go again, since there wasn't a line, everyone cheered! We rode it again. It was a lot of fun.
I loved the movie, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" when I was a kid...so I like that ride also. We didn't have to wait in line for it either.
My advice is get to Toontown when it opens! No lines and you have the place to yourself to explore. (And who knows...maybe you will get to skip with Minnie or ride the Gadget coaster twice without having to get off and run around and get back in line.)
