Ben and I went on a REAL date on Friday night. Our dates usually consist of going to Home Depot or Lowes or Target. So, on Friday night we went out to dinner with his Brother Ronnie and his girlfriend Kim. We ate yummy Mexican food and talked. Kim had to go to work so that left Ben and I alone. We went bowling at Diamond Bowl. A cute, little bowling alley with only eight lanes. The atmosphere was nice, no smoking, leather couches to sit on and projectors with sports and CNN showing. We bowled three games. After two we were tied 1-1 (I had won by a ton on the first game and then in the second game he barely won) He ended up victorious on the third game, but by then my arm was getting tired. It was nice to go out and do something different (Bowling has become rather expensive and is not something that we do on a regular basis because it is spendy!) and it was nice to be together.
It is my goal this year to go on more fun dates with my husband. I would like to try new things and visit some places here in KC that we have not seen yet. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Otherwise, stayed tuned for updates on our fun date adventures!

Sounds like you had a great time. Yesterday we went to Disneyland and rode on Indiana Jones. The whole time we were in line we kept talking about you rolling around hiding behind corners and pretending you were Indiana Jones. That was the last time we had been on the ride! It was great to remember that fun trip!!!
