Leaving Ben alone...

I discovered that leaving Ben alone for an hour after he gets home from work can be dangerous. Let me explain why...I came home on Monday around 4:45 and Ben was sweeping out the garage as I rolled up. I thought hmm...what did he spill? or what has he been up to? I went in the house and put my things down and went upstairs, I looked in Brody's room and saw this giant contraption. Ben had built a tree house type thing that holds Brody's cage so that she can look out the window while we are at work. It is really neat and sturdy but I was surprised that Ben could whip something like that out so quickly. He also made her a ramp so she does not have to jump up everytime. It is quite funny. I think that she likes it. She loves to look out the window and in the morning the sun shines through the window, so hopefully that makes her day go by faster. Today, I arrived home to Ben cleaning out the linen closets and rearranging the towels, dish clothes, sheets, medicine and other items that we keep in the closets! He is hilarious. He puts his mind to something and he gets all crazy, throwing things away and making things more accessible. So, leaving Ben alone can be dangerous but in these two instances he was very productive and both things have improved our home! I love Ben Bailey.
