This is my first entry on my very first BLOG! I am pretty excited about it. It has been fun reading all the blogs from my family and now I am joining up!
Secret Addicition. Well, I think that I have a lot of addictions. I must say that I am addicted to traveling. I love to travel. I was talking to a co-worker about summer vacation last year and I said that I think summers are for traveling. He laughed at me and said it was good that I became a teacher.
I have felt this way for a long time and if I think back there is not one summer that I have not traveled somewhere. I have been to Germany 5 times now including many other European countries. I love to take roadtrips and travel by plane in the US. I have a goal to visit all the 50 states in my life time. I think that I am at aroud 35 or so. I need to get busy. My husband says that I have been everywhere so he does not want to go anywhere with me. But, I would love to go back to the places that I have already been and explore them with Ben. I really want to plan a trip to the New England area of America. I want to visit Boston, Mass. and Rhode Island. I have always wanted to go to Montana. The list goes on and on. Traveling abroad: I would love to go to Russia, China, Japan, India, Thailand, Costa Rica, The Dominican Republic, Sweden, Iceland etc...
Actually right now, as I type this email, I am on vacation in Atlanta, GA. visiting my parents!
I love to pack and buy travel size items for the trip. I would love buying new luggage but that is out of my price range. I even like to plan the trip. Where to stay, how to get there, and keep everything on a budget! Basically, everything that involves traveling...that is what I am addicted to. I am sure that my husband wishes that my addiction could be something smaller like, Hershey's Kisses or going on long walks, but no...only the best for me!
I am a world traveler!
